- Booking, pre-order and order details you submit to a restaurant.
- Basic device and usage information (browser, city-level location, pages viewed) needed to run the service.
How we use your data
- To create your account and let you sign in with your phone.
- To send your bookings, pre-orders and payment references to the restaurant you chose.
- To improve the reliability, security and quality of DINOVA.
Payment information
Payments are made directly to the restaurant via UPI. DINOVA does not store your UPI PIN, card numbers or bank credentials. Payment references and screenshots you upload for verification are shared only with the receiving restaurant.
Security
We use industry-standard controls including transport encryption, role-based access, and row-level security policies on our database. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences such as your city. We do not sell your data to advertisers.

- Ask us to stop sending you non-essential communications.
